Archaeology from North Bay to Mattawa / Allen Edwin Tyyskä, James A. Burns. FC O NO.2 Michipicoten, Hudson's Bay Company Post / John Weiler. Mattawa Bay is separated from Saraana Bay (located to the east) by a peninsula advancing northward on kilometres ( mi).

This peninsula includes the "Mont de la Tête au Brochet" (English: Mount of the Pike Head) (elevation: metres (1, ft)) on the east bank of a strait connecting the northern part of Mattawa Bay with its Location: La Tuque.

Thank you for putting in a picture of Mr Buttons. He was a great memory also. He was seen all over North Bay in my time. I remember the Barbara Tralevan (?) Dance School.

My favourite thing about North Bay is that its downtown boasts a wonderful lakeshore boardwalk for pedestrians, cyclists, and inline skaters just a block away from the main shopping area, and there are hiking and snowshoeing trails all over the region.
